Answers before you book
How fast do you reach my home or office?
In most Delhi NCR areas, a Dr.Phones engineer responds in 30 minutes. For distant sectors or heavy traffic, we confirm the exact arrival time before booking.
Do you carry spare parts for every brand?
We carry fast-moving genuine-grade parts for Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, laptops and tablets. If a special part is needed, we confirm availability before the visit.
Is the repair done in front of me?
Yes. Most phone, tablet and laptop repairs are completed in front of you at home or office, with engineer-side diagnosis and clear approval before repair.
What if my device does not get repaired?
There is no repair charge if we cannot fix the issue after diagnosis. You only pay after the agreed service is completed.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Eligible parts and services include a 90-day service warranty. The invoice and warranty details are shared on email or WhatsApp.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, including major neighbourhoods across Delhi NCR.
Do you repair laptops and tablets too?
Yes. We repair phones, tablets, iPads, MacBooks, Windows laptops, gaming laptops and Microsoft Surface devices.
What payment options are available?
You can pay after service by cash, UPI or card. A digital invoice is shared for your records.
Do you offer business or AMC repair plans?
Yes. Dr.Phones can support offices, schools, agencies and teams with priority doorstep repairs and annual maintenance plans.
