Terms of Service

Doorstep visits, repair timelines and final prices depend on part availability, device condition and location. Repairs begin only after your approval. You pay after service completion unless a special part requires advance confirmation. Price Beat Guarantee: if you show us a written quote or live website price from another doorstep repair service in Delhi NCR for the same device model, same repair and same part quality, valid on the day of booking, we will charge ₹100 less than that price. Excludes clearance offers, coupons, used/refurbished parts, marketplace listings and prices below our part cost. One claim per repair; Dr.Phones may verify the quote before confirming.
